Job summary

DGS Group Builders And Developers is seeking a Site Engineer to manage day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites in Mumbai. You will be responsible for site execution, quality, coordination, documentation, and timely completion of assigned work.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate and should be proficient in reading civil drawings with strong communication skills. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate.
• Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction and site activities.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and work progress.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure construction standards are followed.
• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Coordinate with the Civil Head and Project Manager.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Follow all safety rules and site procedures.
