Qualifications

• Proficiency in planning activities for site execution, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with contractors and vendors.
• Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related infrastructure, including drainage systems, grading, and erosion control measures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Experience in site supervision for building, landscape, or infrastructure projects, preferably in an architectural or multidisciplinary design environment.
• Familiarity with codes, standards, and local regulations, with commitment to safety and quality at site.
• On-site Pune full-time work; strong communication in English; local language knowledge advantageous.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software; ability to prepare technical reports and documentation.

Role Description

The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing civil works at project sites in Pune, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately and safely. The Site Civil Engineer will also support stormwater and drainage systems implementation, maintain detailed site reports and documentation, and contribute to quality control and safety practices throughout the project lifecycle.
