Job summary

Empowerhr Solutions in Powai, Mumbai, is seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer with strong knowledge of MS structures and RCC works to oversee site execution.

You will ensure quality and safety, coordinate with architects and contractors, and deliver projects on time and within budget, with PAN India sites.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of site execution experience, RCC and MS structures.
• Ability to read structural, architectural, and interior drawings.
• Experience in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and bill certification.
• Willingness to work at PAN-India project sites; Mumbai base.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and manage civil, structural (RCC and MS) and interior works at site.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications; coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor progress; report deviations with corrective actions.
• Ensure QC of RCC and MS works: reinforcement, formwork, concrete, fabrication, welding, erection.
• Verify contractor bills, measurements, quantities, and support cost control.
• Coordinate with MEP, façade, and interior teams for smooth execution.
• Enforce safety standards and statutory compliance.
• Prepare progress reports, inspection records, and handover docs.
• Manage site teams, vendors, and resolve technical issues on site.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer with strong working knowledge of MS structures and RCC works, and a solid background in Project Management Consultancy and interior fit-out projects. You will oversee site execution, ensure quality and safety, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and manage civil, structural (RCC and MS), and interior works at site.
• Review and check drawings, BOQs, and specifications, and coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor construction progress against schedules and report deviations with corrective actions.
• Ensure quality control of RCC and MS structural works, including reinforcement, formwork, concrete, fabrication, welding, and erection.
• Verify contractor bills, measurements, and quantities, and support cost control.
• Coordinate with MEP, façade, and interior teams for smooth execution.

Required Skills and Experience
