Job summary

Future Gate HR Solutions is seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer to oversee daily site execution for construction projects in Gujarat. You will manage RCC, reinforcement, shuttering and finishing works, ensuring alignment with approved drawings.

The role requires coordinating with architects, structural consultants, MEP and the Project Manager, while supervising labour, tracking progress, quality and material use. Emphasis on safety and timely delivery is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site execution and construction activities.
• Handle RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering & waterproofing works.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved architectural & structural drawings.
• Manage subcontractors, supervisors and labour teams.
• Monitor quality, progress, manpower and material utilization.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP and Project Manager.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation.
• Handle site measurements, BBS, material requirements and billing coordination.
• Ensure proper safety practices and timely completion of assigned work.
