Job summary

Isha Foundation, Inc. seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities in Coimbatore, ensuring work aligns with drawings, specs, and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams, monitor progress and resource availability, and drive on-time delivery while maintaining quality and compliance across the project life cycle.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and engineering practices.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Strong site supervision, planning, scheduling, and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of quality standards, safety procedures, and construction regulations.
• Ability to manage contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, and site resources effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities
