Job summary

Tayal Trade Tower Llp seeks an experienced Site Development & Civil Engineer to oversee site visits, construction activities, and colony development projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in construction, plot development, site supervision, and technical documentation.

The role requires practical, site-oriented execution with coordination across architects, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Excel and drawing reviews will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in construction and colony/site development.
• Knowledge of plot designing, layout planning, and site development.
• Ability to read and understand civil/engineering drawings.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel for maintaining project reports and records.
• Strong site supervision and project coordination skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, measurements, and quality control.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor material usage, workmanship, safety, and construction quality.
• Identify site issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Assist in plot designing/layout planning and development.
