Job summary

Auravision Constructions is seeking a civil site engineer to supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites in Varanasi, UP. You will ensure quality, safety, and compliance with drawings and schedules, while coordinating with contractors and staff to keep progress on track.

The role requires diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering, knowledge of drawings, MS Excel, AutoCAD, and strong communication skills; freshers may apply for growth opportunities in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in civil construction and site execution.
• Knowledge of drawings, construction methods, and quality control.
• Ability to manage manpower and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings and resolve site-level execution issues.
• Monitor daily progress, manpower deployment, and material consumption at the site.
• Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), site records, measurement sheets, and quality inspection reports.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, and client representatives for inspections and approvals.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials, minimize wastage, and achieve daily and weekly targets.
