Job summary

Civilec Engineering Works is seeking a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at the project site in India. The role involves interpreting drawings, coordinating with departments, and ensuring timelines are met.

The candidate will supervise excavation, earth works, PCC/RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, painting and finishing tasks, while monitoring material usage and preparing progress and measurement reports.

Responsibilities

• Interpretation and Execution of project as per structural and architectural drawings
• Coordinating with department(Preferably in Hindi or English atleast) on a regular basis on the work being executed
• Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities including excavation, PCC, RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting and finishing works.
• Prepare and verify subcontractor measurements, RA bills, material reconciliation and quantity statements.
• Monitor consumption of cement, steel, concrete and other construction materials against approved BOQ quantities and minimize material wastage.
• Prepare daily progress reports, work completion reports, measurement sheets and other project documentation.
• Ensure project timelines met
