Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a RCF_IC_Engineer - Quality Control for on-site supervision in Hyderabad. You will prepare quality plans, method statements and ITPs aligned with IS codes and manage design mix at site.

Responsibilities include maintaining quality records, coordinating with stakeholders, inspecting materials, and conducting weekly toolbox talks to improve workmanship. Requires 2–5 years of Civil Engineering experience and relevant diplomas or degrees.

Qualifications

• Maintaining documents for Quality Department, Drawing Register, and Checklists.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Quality plans, method statements and ITPs in line with project specs and IS codes.
• Oversee design mix preparation and its at-site implementation.
• Maintain site quality records, drawing registers, and checklists for traceability.
• Coordinate with Client, Contractor, Site team and Consultants to ensure quality compliance.
• Conduct inspections of incoming materials, verify MTC, and organize tests as per ITP.
• Lead weekly Quality Toolbox Talk to guide site engineers and workers.

Job Description

• Responsible for the preparation and checking of Quality plan, Method statement and ITP with respect tospecifications / IS codes.?
• Responsible for Establishment or Preparation of Design Mix at site.?
• Maintaining all documents related to the site Quality Department, Drawing Register, and Checklist.?
• Responsible for study of specifications of Items of work.?
• To ensure that proper methodology and instructions are followed in execution of various activities.?
• Materials Management?
• On site scheduled Supervision of Works.?
• Reporting and Documentation (Control of Documents).?
• Coordination among the Client, Contractor ,Site and Consultants?

• Co-ordination with GC/PMRP Engineers for inspection of site activity as andwhen required and obtaining clearances.?
• Deliver Quality Toolbox Talk and conduct weekly meetings at site for guidingsite engineers and workmen to achieve desired quality and improveworkmanship in construction operations.?
• To ensure that approved material is being used at site and properdocumentation is being done for traceability of quality checks.
• Identification of Non-Conformities (Violation of ITP and SOP) and coordinationwith site team for resolving Non-Conformities (NC’s) in stipulated time.?
