GreenCell Mobility is seeking a Civil Project professional with strong execution experience in industrial, factory, infrastructure, or bus depot projects. The role requires effective communication and the ability to interact with Government stakeholders on-site.

The candidate will lead civil works for depot projects, ensure EHS/QA/QC policy adherence, and manage subcontractor billing, MIS, and DPRs. Collaboration with operations, maintenance, procurement, and other teams is essential for timely

• Strong knowledge of civil construction and project execution.
• Experience in billing, reconciliation, M-Book verification and BBS.
• Good understanding of EHS and QA/QC requirements.
• Strong MIS and reporting skills.
• Good cost tracking and project monitoring skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the execution of civil works for bus depot projects and ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure implementation of EHS and QA/QC policies at the project site and maintain all required documentation.
• Manage subcontractor billing, prepare reconciliations, verify M-Books, BBS and related documents.
• Prepare and update project MIS and share DPRs/WPRs as per company requirements.
• Monitor and track project costs against the approved budget.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders for smooth project implementation.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, and other internal teams for project execution.
• Monitor site progress, identify execution issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with contractors/subcontractors to ensure adherence to project timelines, quality and safety requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure timely submission of reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of civil works for bus depot projects and ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure implementation of EHS and QA/QC policies at the project site and maintain all required documentation.
• Manage subcontractor billing, prepare reconciliations, verify Measurement Books (M-Books), BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) and related documents.
• Prepare and update project MIS and share DPRs/WPRs as per company requirements.
• Monitor and track project costs against the approved budget.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders for smooth and successful project implementation.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, and other internal teams for project execution.
