Job summary

Sterlitee Developers is seeking a skilled Site Engineer with 2–7 years of experience in building construction to oversee civil projects in Bengaluru. You will manage planning, execution, and supervision, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet milestones and budget targets.

You will develop detailed drawings using AutoCAD and BIM, prepare estimates and BOQs, and ensure safety and quality on site. A diploma or BE in Civil Engineering is required, with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software; knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Strong understanding of site engineering principles, including estimation, quantity surveying, and site supervision.
