Job summary

Reliance Industries (RIL) seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance professional to manage electrical maintenance and technical services across residential and commercial facilities in Navi Mumbai.

You will ensure reliable, safe and efficient operation of electrical systems, plan preventive and breakdown maintenance, supervise LT/H T panels, DG sets, transformers, UPS and distribution networks, and coordinate with AMC vendors.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in electrical maintenance/technical services.
• Experience in residential or commercial properties and large facilities.
• Hands-on preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Strong vendor and contractor management.
• Good understanding of electrical safety and compliance.
• Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day electrical maintenance and technical services across residential / commercial facilities.
• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Oversee maintenance of LT panels, HT systems, DG sets, transformers, UPS, lighting systems and electrical distribution networks.
• Monitor electrical equipment performance and ensure timely identification and resolution of faults.
• Coordinate with AMC vendors, contractors and service partners for maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory requirements and applicable regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and identify potential risks, breakdowns and maintenance requirements.
• Monitor vendor performance, service quality, manpower deployment and adherence to SLAs.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, checklists and documentation.
• Coordinate with Civil, HVAC, Fire & Safety, Security and other facility teams for smooth operations.
• Support energy conservation and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure timely response to breakdowns and technical emergencies.
• Drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability, maintenance practices and service standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Strong vendor and contractor management skills.
• Good understanding of electrical safety and statutory compliance.
• Strong troubleshooting, coordination and problem-solving skills.
