Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Civil Engineer – Site Execution for project sites across industrial and infrastructure ventures. The role requires lead supervision, interpretation of civil drawings, and ensuring quality and safety on site.

You will coordinate with project managers, prepare BOQs and site reports, and manage contractor activities. 5–6 years' experience in civil construction and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, AutoCAD, and project reporting are preferred.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering. (5–6 years of relevant experience in civil construction, industrial, infrastructure, commercial, residential, or EPC projects)
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in civil construction, industrial, infrastructure, commercial, residential, or EPC projects.

Civil Engineer Site Execution

Job Title: Civil Engineer – Site Execution

Department: Projects / Construction

Location: Project Site

Experience: 5–6 Years

Reporting To: Project Manager

Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in civil construction, industrial, infrastructure, commercial, residential, or EPC projects.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of RCC and structural construction.
• Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
• Knowledge of quantity estimation and BOQ.
• Experience in contractor billing and measurement verification.
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and relevant IS codes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and project reporting.
• AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
• MS Project / Primavera knowledge preferred.
