Job Description

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer with 34 years of experience in civil construction, preferably in WTP/STP/ETP or wastewater treatment projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
• Execute RCC tanks, foundations, pump houses, channels, trenches and other civil structures.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and project schedule.
• Read and interpret civil/structural drawings and AutoCAD drawings.
• Supervise reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and other departments.
• Verify quantities, measurements and subcontractor bills.
• Monitor material consumption, manpower and site progress.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and ensure required construction quality.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and resolve site-level issues.
• Ensure compliance with project safety requirements.

Candidate Profile

• 3-4 years of relevant civil site execution experience.
• Experience in WTP/STP/ETP/wastewater treatment projects will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of RCC construction and site execution.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ and quantity measurement.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
