The role covers planning, site coordination, budgeting, client management, and strict adherence to safety and engineering standards. The candidate will supervise multiple sites, guide teams, ensure quality control, and liaise with clients and vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
• 5–10 years of experience in Civil/PEB Projects
• Strong knowledge of PEB structures, foundations, and site execution
• Experience handling multiple project sites
• Good leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee civil and structural works for PEB projects from foundation to erection.
• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules and resource planning.

Position: Manager / Civil Head PEB Division. Department: Projects PEB. Reporting To: Director / Senior Management. Salary Range: 40,000 50,000 per month. Location: Dehugaon.

Job Summary: Arkoo Pre-Build Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Manager / Civil Head PEB Division to lead and manage all civil and structural activities related to Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects from concept to completion. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, site coordination, quality control, budgeting, and client management while ensuring timely delivery and compliance with safety and engineering standards.

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Oversee all civil and structural works related to PEB projects from foundation to final erection.
• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules and resource planning.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress, manpower deployment, and construction activities.
• Ensure availability of materials, machinery, and workforce as per project timelines.

2. Site Management & Coordination

• Supervise and manage multiple project sites simultaneously.
• Coordinate with Project, Design, Production, Quality, and Erection teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections for progress, safety, and quality compliance.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management.

3. Team Leadership

• Lead and guide civil engineers, supervisors, and site staff.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance to meet project timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and on-site training.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and efficiency across sites.

4. Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all civil activities comply with safety policies and statutory regulations.
• Maintain quality standards as per engineering codes and procedures.
• Conduct safety audits and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure proper documentation for quality assurance and compliance.

5. Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost estimates.
• Optimize material and manpower utilization.
• Verify contractor bills, measurements, and cost variations.
• Support cost analysis and value engineering initiatives.

6. Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as primary contact for clients regarding civil execution.
• Address client queries, technical issues, and change requests.
• Maintain professional communication and strong client relationships.

7. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain detailed documentation of site activities and material movement.
• Submit MIS reports, progress charts, and project summaries.
• Ensure proper record keeping for audit and reference purposes.

8. Continuous Improvement

• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Suggest design and operational enhancements to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
• Participate in project review meetings and strategic planning.

9. Confidentiality

Maintain strict confidentiality of company data, technical details, project information, and client records.

Eligibility Criteria
