Responsibilities

• Execute construction activities as per drawings and project timelines.
• Prepare fortnightly/monthly execution plans with reporting manager.
• Monitor site progress, productivity, and material consumption.
• Plan procurement of materials and vendor coordination.
• Raise material requisitions and service requests based on lead times.
• Ensure quality execution of formwork, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing activities.
• Maintain reconciliation records, DPRs, progress reports, and site documentation.
• Coordinate labour allocation and subcontractor activities.
• Raise RFIs and coordinate with design/consultant teams.
• Ensure adherence to HIRA and safety standards at site.
• Conduct toolbox talks and maintain incident/accident records.
• Minimize rework and NCRs through quality supervision.
• Monitor contractor billing and workflow sequence.
