Job summary

Hiring And Beyond is seeking a Site Supervisor for Goa-based luxury residential projects. You will oversee day-to-day civil construction from RCC to final finishing, ensuring adherence to drawings and quality specifications.

The role requires precise progress tracking, reporting, and coordination with vendors and labor across multiple sites in North Goa. The ideal candidate holds a civil engineering qualification with 2–6 years hands-on site experience in luxury housing, and is proficient in MS

Job description

Role & Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee day-to-day civil construction activities for residential/villa projects, managing work from structural/RCC stages through masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and final finishing.
• Drawing & Quality Compliance: Read and execute works as per approved architectural and structural drawings, ensuring strict adherence to quality specifications and industry standards.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), weekly schedules, and look-ahead plans. Track physical progress against timelines and proactively resolve execution bottlenecks.
• BOQ & Billing Support: Take accurate site measurements, check contractor bills, assist in BOQ reviews, and monitor material consumption and wastage.
• Vendor & Labor Management: Coordinate work smoothly across sub-contractors, labor teams, architects, consultants, and material vendors to ensure project continuity.
• Site Operations: Maintain site documentation, project records, housekeeping, and safety standards on-site.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 2 to 6 years of hands-on civil construction experience, with a strong background in residential buildings, luxury villas, or premium housing.
• Must-Have Expertise: Strong practical knowledge of site execution, structural drawings, waterproofing, finishing works, and BOQ/billing basics.
• Software Skills: Hands-on experience with MS Excel and AutoCAD. Working knowledge of MS Project (MSP) is a strong plus.
• Soft Skills: High ownership, strong communication, labor-handling capability, and time management.
• Location & Work Mode: Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Siolim, North Goa, and travel between local project sites as required.
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates serving a notice period (up to 30 days) are strongly preferred.

(Note: Candidates with purely design or office-based planning experience without hands-on site execution background will not be considered.)
