Job summary

Owm Architecture in India seeks an experienced Civil Design professional to lead residential projects from concept through handover. You will manage design development, detailed drawings, and coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams while maintaining premium quality.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in-office Civil Engineering, strong AutoCAD/SketchUp/Enscape skills, and a track record with luxury villas and bespoke homes.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in-office Civil Engineering design and PM.
• Experience handling complete residential projects end-to-end.
• 3+ years in high-end luxury residential projects (premium villas, bespoke homes).
• Experience coordinating design with on-site execution.
• Civil Engineering degree required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, MS Office.
• Strong detailing, design development, and execution documentation.
• Coordinating with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and deliverables.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant in-office experience in Civil Engineering Design and project management.
• Proven experience in handling complete residential projects independently, from design development and detailed drawings through site execution and handover.
• Strong preference for candidates with 3+ years of experience in high-end / luxury residential projects, particularly premium villas, bespoke residences, and high-value private homes.
• Candidates should have demonstrable experience in managing multiple project stages and coordinating design with on-site execution.
• Site-only experience will not be considered; substantial in-office design and project coordination experience is essential.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and MS Office.
• Strong expertise in detailed construction drawings, design development, technical documentation, and execution detailing.
• Hands-on experience coordinating with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, timelines, and deliverables.
