Job summary

Rama Pure Water is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to supervise and manage civil construction for a residential villa project. The role requires hands-on site execution, contractor coordination, quality control, quantity estimation and ongoing project monitoring.

The candidate will oversee RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring and finishing works, ensure safety compliance, review drawings in AutoCAD, and maintain detailed site records and progress reports for management review.

Qualifications

• Experienced Civil Engineer with hands-on exposure to residential construction.
• Proficient in site execution, contractor coordination and quality control.
• Capable of quantity estimation, BOQ verification and project monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
• Monitor work against drawings, specs and project schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day civil construction activities at the project site.
• Monitor construction work as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects and consultants.
• Supervise RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing and finishing works.
• Check quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
• Prepare and verify BOQ, measurements and quantity estimates.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate timely availability at site.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Ensure proper execution of work as per required quality standards.
• Maintain site records, measurements, progress reports and relevant documentation.
• Coordinate contractor billing and verify work measurements.
• Use Auto CAD and interpret architectural/structural drawings as required.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
• Coordinate with plumbing, electrical and interior teams wherever required.

Employment Terms

The initial employment period will be six (6) months on a project basis. The engagement may be extended based on project requirements, project progress and performance.
