Job summary

CS Realty seeks a hands-on Civil Construction Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities for multiple residential villa/builders projects. You will ensure quality construction, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and manage civil and finishing work to complete projects on time.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of civil works, can read architectural and structural drawings, and will supervise safety, materials on-site, and progress reporting with architects and engineers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in residential construction supervision.
• Experience in supervising villas/builders floors or similar residential structures.
• Strong knowledge of civil works, structural execution and interior finishing.
• Ability to read and interpret architecture and structural drawings.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Familiarity with local construction norms, labour laws and safety practices.

The ideal candidate will ensure quality construction, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and manage civil and finishing work to ensure timely completion of the project.

Role & responsibilities

• Ability to read and interpret architecture and structural drawings.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Similarity with local construction norms labour laws and safety practices.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: 42,000 55000 per month (based on experience & skillset).
• Additional benefits as per company policy.
