Job summary

SharePal Bengaluru is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead dispatch, returns, and inventory integrity. You will ensure orders are fulfilled on time, monitor stock, and coordinate with central teams to prevent delays.

The role requires 1–3 years in warehouse/logistics, ability to lead 3–5 staff, good Excel and dashboards, and fluency in Hindi, English, and the local language. UG/PG graduates welcome; on-site work in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch & fulfilment: ensure orders go out complete, correct and on time; track stock and flag shortages to central purchase.
• Returns & same-day QC: process returns within 24 hours; send damaged items for repair and log damages.
• Inventory integrity: keep correct items in correct bins; run stock counts; reconcile discrepancies and replenish.
• Your city, your customers: resolve every ticket against an order from your warehouse; avoid forwarding to others.
• Lead your floor team: manage 3–5 warehouse staff across picking, packing, QC and dispatch.
• Hold the thread: coordinate with central support and central purchase; chase bottlenecks between teams.

Role & responsibilities

1. Dispatch & fulfilment: Make sure every confirmed order goes out complete, correct and on time. Track stock availability and flag shortages to central purchase before they break an order.

2. Returns & same-day QC: Get returns checked within 24 hours. Send damaged items for repair immediately and keep the damage log accurate.

3. Inventory integrity: Keep the right item in the right bin, with the system matching the shelf. Run stock counts, close out discrepancies and drive replenishment.

4. Your city, your customers: Resolve every ticket raised against an order from your warehouse, whether by the customer or by central support, rather than forwarding it.

5. Lead your floor team: Manage 3-5 warehouse staff across picking, packing, QC and dispatch.

6. Hold the thread: Coordinate with central support and central purchase, and chase anything that stalls between teams.

Preferred candidate profile

1. 1 to 3 years in warehouse, inventory or logistics (rental or ecommerce experience is a plus)

2. Able to lead a team of 3 to 5 and get work done through them

3. Comfortable with Excel and dashboards

4. Fluent in Hindi ,English and your city's local language

5. UG or PG graduates in any specialization
