Job summary

SharePal in Hyderabad is hiring a City Operations Lead to own warehouse operations for a city—dispatch and fulfilment, returns and QC, inventory, and customer issues. You will lead a small team and coordinate with central teams to ensure orders go out on time.

The role focuses on end-to-end warehouse management, preventing delays, and maintaining stock integrity, with immediate joining and growth opportunities in a fast-paced ecommerce setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in warehouse, inventory or logistics (ecommerce/rental experience is a plus).
• Able to lead a team of 3–5 and drive results through them.
• Comfortable with Excel and dashboards.
• Fluent in Hindi, English and the local language of the city.
• UG or PG graduates in any specialization.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch & fulfilment: ensure every confirmed order goes out complete, correct and on time.
• Returns & same-day QC: check returns within 24 hours and log damages.
• Inventory integrity: keep right items in correct bins, perform stock counts and close discrepancies.
• Customer ownership: resolve tickets from warehouse without forwarding to others.
• Floor team leadership: manage 3–5 warehouse staff across picking, packing, QC and dispatch.
• Cross-team coordination: coordinate with central support and central purchase, chase blockers.

About the role Job Description: City Operations Lead Warehouse Operations | SharePal Role Description SharePal is hiring a City Operations Lead to own warehouse operations for a city – dispatch and fulfilment, returns and QC, inventory, and customer issues. Once an order is confirmed, it belongs to the City Operations Lead's warehouse until it is marked completed. The City Operations Lead leads a team of 3–5 warehouse staff and reports to the Operations Manager. This is not a packing role; the City Operations Lead makes sure orders go out right and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• 1 Dispatch & fulfilment: Ensure every confirmed order goes out complete, correct and on time. Track stock availability and flag shortages to central purchase before they break an order.
• 2 Returns & same-day QC: Ensure returns are checked within 24 hours. Send damaged items for repair immediately and keep the damage log accurate.
• 3 Inventory integrity: Keep the right item in the right bin, with the system matching the shelf. Run stock counts, close out discrepancies and drive replenishment.
• 4 Customer ownership: Resolve every ticket raised against an order from the warehouse, whether by the customer or by central support, rather than forwarding it.
• 5 Floor team leadership: Manage 3–5 warehouse staff across picking, packing, QC and dispatch.
• 6 Cross-team coordination: Coordinate with central support and central purchase, and chase anything that stalls between teams.
