This role is ideal for someone who has successfully built and scaled SaaS products and wants to be deeply involved in both coding and leading the product’s technical evolution.## ResponsibilitiesAt this stage of our growth, the CTO will not only define the technology roadmap but also improvise and build the product foundation, architecture, and the core tech team that will scale the platform to the next phase.1. Lead the end-to-end technology vision, architecture, and execution of CoHire.com’s SaaS platform.2. Drive product development lifecycle — from concept, design, and development to deployment and scaling.3. Define and implement technical strategies aligned with business goals and product roadmap.4. Build, mentor, and manage an agile engineering team capable of rapid iteration and delivery.5. Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and security across all components.6. Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies that enhance user experience and platform capabilities.7. Collaborate closely with the Founder and leadership team to align technology decisions with overall business strategy.## RequirementsRequired Experience & Skills:1. Proven experience in building and scaling SaaS products, preferably in the HRTech or B2B domain.2. Strong proficiency in modern web technologies and frameworks — ideally .NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, React, or equivalent stacks.3. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) and DevOps practices.4. Ability to design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance architectures.5. Experience leading and growing small-to-mid sized engineering teams.6. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and immediate execution.Preferred Attributes:1. Prior experience in startup or early-stage environments.2. Understanding of product-led growth, SaaS monetization, and API-driven ecosystems.3.
