This is a hands-on leadership role combining P&L ownership, growth strategy, resource allocation and senior stakeholder engagement, with an opportunity to shape a new operating model as the business scales.

A senior, high-visibility commercial leadership opportunity with one of India’s fastest-growing beauty and personal care platforms, seeking an experienced Revenue & Growth leader to own the commercial performance of a multi-geography operating model.

The role carries significant visibility, with direct reporting to the CBO and responsibility for driving revenue and contribution margin across six state P&Ls, while also leading central marketing capabilities focused on digital growth and category performance.

This is a highly hands-on commercial leadership role, combining P&L ownership, growth strategy, resource allocation and senior stakeholder engagement, with the opportunity to shape a new operating model as the business continues to scale.
