Job summary

Talentiser Pvt. Ltd. is partnering with a fast-growing beauty and cosmetics brand to hire a Head – D2C who will turn its digital business into a significant growth engine. The role demands 8+ years of D2C leadership, P&L ownership and experience scaling a D2C business to ₹100 Cr+.

You will own end-to-end D2C P&L, drive performance marketing, CRM, retention, and product experiences, and lead cross-functional teams to build a scalable digital ecosystem including a new D2C app.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in D2C and growth leadership within beauty/skincare or cosmetics.
• Strong track record of building and scaling D2C businesses from early stage to ₹100 Cr+.
• Deep understanding of P&L ownership, performance marketing, CRM, and customer retention.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end D2C P&L including revenue, margins, CAC, AOV, LTV and profitability.
• Scale the existing D2C business into a growth engine.
• Lead growth across Performance Marketing, CRM, Retention, UI/UX, Web Operations and Customer Experience.
• Drive website optimisation, conversion and customer lifecycle strategy.
• Spearhead the launch and scaling of a new D2C app.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
