Job summary

Hindusthan M I Swaco on Barakhamba Road, New Delhi, seeks a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) with 15+ years of HR leadership in manufacturing to drive strategy and operations for both manufacturing units and corporate offices.

The ideal candidate will lead HR policy development, manpower planning, performance systems, and labour compliance while mentoring the HR & Administration team in a dynamic industrial environment.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR / Personnel Management or equivalent.
• 15+ years of HR experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Experience in Plant HR, IR/ER, and labour laws.
• Experience in developing HR policies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead HR operations across manufacturing units and corporate office.
• Develop and strengthen HR policies, SOPs, processes and organization structure.
• Drive manpower planning, talent management, recruitment, retention and succession planning.
• Establish PMS, KRAs/KPIs and appraisal systems.
• Manage employee relations, IR/ER and labour compliance.
• Review compensation, salary structures and incentive plans.
• Drive employee engagement, culture and organizational development.
• Lead and develop the HR & Administration team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

• 15+ years of HR experience, with strong leadership exposure.
• Mandatory experience in the Manufacturing industry.
• Strong experience in Plant HR, IR/ER, labour laws and HR operations.
• Proven experience in developing HR systems, policies and processes.l
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
