Job summary

Salve Pharmaceuticals seeks a seasoned HR leader to shape strategy, build policies, and design org structure with KRAs and KPIs, collaborating with promoters and CEO. You will strengthen recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, ensure legal compliance, and develop HR MIS and dashboards, guiding the internal HR/Admin team.

The role requires 10+ years of HR leadership experience, with CHRO exposure preferred, and a track record of building HR systems from the ground

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR strategy, policies, compliance and employee management.
• Experience in building HR systems and processes from the ground up.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work closely with promoters, CEO and senior management.
• Prior experience as a CHRO, HR Head, preferred.
