Job summary

Arete 22 in India seeks a seasoned CHRO to lead group-wide HR strategy across manufacturing units. MBA/PGDM HR or MSW/equivalent with 15-20 years’ experience, preferably as Head HR/CHRO in manufacturing. You will drive manpower planning, policy development, talent acquisition, performance management, IR, analytics and culture across locations.

Role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and a track record of implementing HR policies across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM HR, MSW or equivalent required.
• 15–20 years HR experience with manufacturing exposure.
• Preferably Head HR/CHRO experience in a manufacturing organisation.

• Develop HR policies and systems across multiple manufacturing units.
• Talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development and retention.
• Performance management, compensation & benefits and employee engagement.
• Industrial relations, labour-law compliance and employee relations.
• Develop HR MIS, HR analytics and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Drive organisational culture, employee ownership and leadership development.
• Manage senior-level recruitment and workforce planning for new projects/expansions.
• Lead HR teams across multiple locations and ensure uniform implementation of Group HR policies.
