Job summary

Kumar Arch Tech in India invites an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead financial reporting and control functions. You will supervise the Finance & Accounts team, manage month-end close, costing, budgeting, and compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax.

The role emphasizes working capital, internal controls, audits, and liaison with production, purchase, sales and management to deliver timely financial insights and robust controls. Local candidates with strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Finalise Balance Sheet, P&L and cash flow with accuracy.
• Implement cost controls and monitor variances.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and MIS reporting.
• Analyse MIS data and provide management insights.
• Manage forex and export finance activities.
• Ensure GST, TDS and income tax compliance.
• Coordinate audits and statutory filings.
• Oversee treasury, working capital and internal controls.

Responsibilities

Job description

Role & responsibilities:

• Accounts & Financial Reporting: Manage accounting, reconciliations, month-end/year-end closing, P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
• GST & Taxation: Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance, returns, reconciliations and notices.
• Audit & Compliance: Coordinate statutory, tax and internal audits and ensure timely statutory compliance.
• MIS & Analysis: Prepare MIS, financial reports, budgets, variance analysis and management reports.
• Costing & Manufacturing Finance: Manage product costing, production costs, overheads and cost variance analysis.
• Working Capital: Monitor receivables, payables, inventory, cash flow and fund requirements.
• Internal Controls: Strengthen financial controls, documentation, authorization and compliance processes.
• Team Management: Supervise the Finance & Accounts team and coordinate with Production, Purchase, Sales, Stores, auditors and management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualified CA (15-20 Years)
• Proven expertise in areas such as Balance Sheet Finalization, Cost Control, Budgeting, Mis Analysis, MIS Preparation, Forex Management, Export Finance.
• Relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & Income Tax
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Immediate & short notice period Joiners preferred
