Job summary

Steviatech Life Pvt. Ltd in Ahmedabad invites a Chief Financial Officer to lead the accounts, finance, taxation, treasury and legal functions. You will develop financial strategy, budgets, forecasts, and support the Director on investments, capex and pricing decisions.

The role requires 15+ years' experience, CA/CMA/MBA in finance, and proven fund-raising and regulatory proficiency. You will report to the Director and oversee multi-function teams, located at CG Road, Ahmedabad.

Post/ Designation: Chief Financial Officer

Job-Description (Role & Responsibilities):

• (a) Lead the accounts, finance, taxation, treasury and legal functions of the organisation.
• (b) Develop financial strategy, annual budgets and forecasts, and support the Director on investment, capex and pricing decisions.
• (c) Plan and raise funds; manage relationships with banks, lenders, investors and financial institutions.
• (d) Ensure accurate and timely accounting, financial statements and MIS.
• (e) Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, Companies Act, foreign exchange and other statutory requirements.
• (f) Manage cash flow, working capital and treasury.
• (g) Oversee legal management: contracts and agreements, intellectual property, regulatory compliance and disputes.
• (h) Coordinate statutory, tax and internal audits; build internal controls and risk management.
• (i) Lead and develop the Finance, Accounts and Legal teams.
• (j) Present financial performance and key risks to the Director and Board.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• (a) Finance leader with 15+ years of experience across accounts, taxation, treasury and finance, with exposure to legal and compliance, preferably in a manufacturing set-up.
• (b) Minimum qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance). A law degree or Company Secretary qualification is an added advantage.
• (c) Experience in fund raising and in dealing with banks, lenders and investors.
• (d) Experience of leading multi-function teams.
• (e) Strategic thinker who takes ownership and is comfortable as a trusted advisor to the Director and Board.
• (f) Stationed in Ahmedabad.

Remuneration: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
