Dresscode Uniforms in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee accounting, taxation, and financial reporting while guiding a small finance team. You will manage GST, TDS compliances, costing, inventory accounting, and month-end closing, collaborating with auditors and management to ensure accurate records and strong financial controls.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong Excel skills, and ERP experience to optimize processes and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Experience in financial reporting, costing, inventory accounting, and statutory compliance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and team-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day accounting including payables, receivables, bank reconciliation, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, MIS, Cash-flow, and financial reports.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Handle manufacturing costing, inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and expense control.
• Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
• Review accounting entries, invoices, and financial documents for accuracy.
• Lead and supervise the Accounts team.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Operations, and Management on finance-related matters.
