Job summary

HireGenie | Finance Recruitment Expert is seeking a qualified CA with 10+ years of experience for Sr. Manager – Finance & Accounts in Bengaluru. You will manage end-to-end finance operations, statutory compliance, taxation, MIS, audits, and internal controls.

You will lead a team, coordinate with auditors and authorities, and drive strategic financial planning while ensuring robust reporting and process improvements. Strong Excel and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with 10+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, MIS, formulas).
• Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP systems.
• Leadership and ability to drive internal controls and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end accounting activities for the organization.
• Manage AP/AR and ensure timely vendor and customer reconciliations.
• Prepare and finalize Balance Sheet, P&L, and financial statements.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures.
• Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI compliance and audits.
• Coordinate with auditors, bankers, consultants, and authorities.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial analyses for decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow, fund flow and budgeting activities.
• Lead payroll accounting entries and maintain internal controls.
• Mentor finance/accounts team and drive process improvements.

Job Summary: Our client is looking to hire a Sr. Manager – Finance & Accounts, a qualified CA with 10+ years of experience, to manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, MIS, audits, cash flow and internal controls.

Reporting To: CFO / Finance Head

Designation: Sr. Manager – Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities

• Handling complete end-to-end accounting activities
• Managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Preparation and finalization of Balance Sheet, P&L, and financial statements
• Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual book closure
• Ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements
• Coordination with auditors, bankers, consultants, and government authorities
• Preparation of MIS reports and financial analysis for management review
• Monitoring cash flow, fund flow, and budgeting activities
• Vendor reconciliation, customer reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny
• Handling payroll accounting entries and related compliance
• Ensuring internal financial controls and process improvements
• Supporting management in strategic financial planning and decision-making
• Leading and mentoring finance/accounts team members

Required Skills

• Qualified CA with 10+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS, formulas, data analysis)
• Hands-on experience in Tally / ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure situations
• Strong coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders
• High level of ownership and accountability
• Strong leadership approach in managing finance operations
• Ability to streamline accounting processes and improve controls
• Stable career background with long-term association in previous organizations

Compensation: Best in the industry based on experience and current CTC.

Education: Qualified CA with 10+ years of experience

Working Days: Monday–Saturday (Saturday is a half day, 9:00 am to 1:30 pm)
