Responsibilities

• Lead overall dealership operations including Sales, Service, Spare Parts, CRM and Administration.
• Develop and implement business strategies to meet revenue, profitability and growth targets.
• Drive vehicle sales, after-sales service, customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor KPIs, business performance, profitability and operational efficiency.
• Lead, motivate and develop department heads and their teams.
• Ensure compliance with OEM policies and company standards.
