Qualifications

• 25+ years of overall experience in senior leadership roles.

Role Overview-

We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the overall business, operations and growth strategy of a diversified Automotive / Auto Components manufacturing organization. The role requires a proven business leader with strong expertise in multi-plant operations, P&L management, business development, strategic planning and organizational leadership.

Key Responsibilities-

• Provide overall strategic and operational leadership across multiple manufacturing plants and business units.
• Own complete P&L, revenue, profitability, cash flow and business performance.
• Drive business development, market expansion, customer acquisition and key account management.
• Develop and execute business strategies for revenue growth, profitability and long-term value creation.
• Lead multi-plant manufacturing operations, including Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance and EHS.
• Drive operational excellence, Lean Manufacturing, productivity, cost optimization and continuous improvement.
• Build and strengthen relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 customers, strategic partners and key stakeholders.
• Lead new business opportunities, capacity expansion, Capex, new plant/projects and product diversification.
• Establish performance metrics, review business results and ensure achievement of annual operating plans and strategic objectives.
• Develop a strong leadership team and build a performance-driven organizational culture.
• Ensure effective corporate governance, compliance, risk management and stakeholder management.

Candidate Profile

• 25+ years of overall experience, preferably with significant experience in senior leadership / CXO roles.
• Graduate Engineer; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• Strong experience in Automotive / Auto Components manufacturing; experience with leading OEMs/Tier-1 organizations preferred.
• Proven track record in multi-plant operations and end-to-end business management.
• Strong expertise in P&L ownership, Business Development, Sales, Operations and Strategic Planning.
• Demonstrated experience in turnaround, business growth, cost optimization and profitability improvement.
• Strong understanding of Automotive OEM ecosystem, customer management and market dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, commercial acumen, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• 20-25 years of overall experience, preferably with significant experience in senior leadership / CXO roles.
