Job summary

Radiance Lpg Petrochem in Pune, Maharashtra, seeks a CEO to lead Construction, LPG Bottling & Trading and Building Materials Trading businesses. You will shape growth strategy, take full P&L ownership, and ensure profitable, on-time project delivery.

You will build and nurture key client, contractor and vendor networks while driving tendering, procurement and risk management. You will implement robust governance with clear KPIs, reporting, and processes to reduce day-to-day reliance on promoters

Responsibilities

• Lead Construction, LPG Bottling & Trading and Building Materials Trading businesses.
• Develop and execute the company's growth and expansion strategy.
• Take complete responsibility for revenue, profitability, cash flow and P&L.
• Identify and secure new construction, infrastructure, industrial and commercial projects.
• Lead tendering, estimation, BOQ review, costing and commercial negotiations.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution within budgets.
• Manage relationships with clients, contractors, consultants and vendors.
• Monitor costs, margins, billing, collections and profitability.
• Establish systems for project planning, MIS, reporting and monitoring.
• Lead procurement and vendor negotiations for materials and services.
• Develop and manage teams across Project Management, Engineering, Commercial, Procurement and Site functions.
• Ensure quality, safety, compliance and project documentation.
• Identify and control risks, overruns, delays and claims.

• Lead the overall Construction, LPG Bottling & Trading, and Building Materials Trading businesses.
• Develop and execute the company's business growth and expansion strategy.
• Take complete responsibility for revenue, profitability, cash flow and P&L.
• Identify and secure new construction, infrastructure, industrial and commercial projects.
• Lead tendering, estimation, BOQ review, costing and commercial negotiations.
