Job Purpose

• The CEO will lead the organisation through strategic expansion, operational excellence, and financial growth. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will oversee all aspects of company operations, drive profitability, and ensure the company’s long‑term success in a competitive market. The CEO will be responsible for P&L management, balance sheet oversight, and increasing overall profitability.

• Strong B2B sales orientation (must-have), manufacturing exposure – desirable but not mandatory
• Exposure to European MNC culture (mandatory)
• Preferred age: 40–45 years
