Responsibilities

• Lead the organization with strategic direction and growth initiatives.
• Oversee construction, project management, QA/QC, and construction-technology domains.
• Drive organizational capabilities and industry standing through stakeholder engagement.
• Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and client engagements.
• Develop and execute cross-functional leadership programs across the organization.
