Job summary

Jobtailor in Mumbai seeks an experienced Insurance Agency Manager to lead daily producer activity, ensure IRDA compliance, and drive growth across commercial and consumer lines.

You will coach and train agents, recruit and appoint new agents, and oversee policy-service activities, cheque bounce control, and receivables to maintain healthy GPW performance.

Qualifications

• 5-10 yrs experience in insurance/agency management.
• Education requirement is not specified.
• Knowledge of IRDA compliance regarding licensing and commission payments to agents.
• Ability to manage, coach, guide, recruit, appoint, and train insurance agents.
