Job summary

Tata AIG General Insurance Company is seeking a field-based role in Kangra (HP) and Hisar (Haryana) to drive business across Commercial and Consumer lines. You will oversee producer activities, coach agents, and ensure timely policy services while maintaining IRDA compliance.

The role involves recruiting and appointing agents, maintaining a strong pipeline, and guiding agents on product USPs to grow the business.

Responsibilities

• Business Mix of Commercial & Consumer Lines
• GPW/Non Motor GPW growth
• Maintaining Hygiene Cheque Bounce & Receivables
• Retention, Recruitment & Activation of agents.
• Manage the daily activities of producers to ensure a strong pipeline.
• Coach & guide agents to cross sell and grow their business.
• Ensuring IRDA compliance regarding licensing & commission payments
• Responsible for ensuring quality of applications
• Support/guide the producer in all activities related to policy services
• To recruit and appoint agents for General Insurance business
• Train agents on products, process and USPs of Co.
