The candidate will drive activity across recruitment, coaching, and performance reviews, while strengthening customer relationships via the agency network and organizing local marketing initiatives.

• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual premium targets.
• Monitor agent productivity and provide regular coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure timely policy issuance, renewals, and persistency.
• Develop strong customer relationships through the agency network.
• Organize local marketing activities, roadshows, and customer awareness campaigns.
• Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and company compliance standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
