Job summary

Coforge Limited in India is seeking an experienced Change Manager to own end-to-end Change Management processes. You will review change requests, assess impact, coordinate across infrastructure, applications and vendors, and ensure changes occur within approved windows.

You will lead CAB governance, maintain FSC, produce weekly/monthly change reports, and drive PIRs for failed or major changes. Strong ITIL knowledge and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• ITIL Change Management knowledge and practical experience.
• Experience with ITSM tools: ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Change Management process end-to-end.
• Review and validate change requests for completeness and risk.
• Ensure impact assessment, testing evidence, and rollback plans.
• Manage and facilitate CAB meetings.
• Maintain the Forward Schedule of Changes (FSC).
• Coordinate changes across infrastructure, applications, and vendor teams.
• Ensure changes are implemented within approved change windows.
• Govern Emergency Changes and ECAB approvals.
• Ensure Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) for failed or major changes.
• Track and reduce change failures and incidents.
• Prepare weekly and monthly change reports.
• Highlight high-risk changes and conflicts.
• Escalate risks to leadership when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Change Management processend-to-end
• Review and validate change requestsfor completeness and risk
• Ensure proper impact assessment, testing evidence, and rollback plans
• Manage and facilitate CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings
• Maintain the Forward Schedule of Changes (FSC)
• Coordinate changes across infrastructure, applications, and vendor teams
• Ensure changes are implemented within approved change windows
• Govern Emergency Changes and ECAB approvals
• Ensure Post Implementation Reviews (PIR)for failed or major changes
• Track and reduce change failures and change-related incidents

Governance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with Change Management policies and ITIL practices
• Prepare weekly and monthly change reports
• Monitor change success rate, emergency changes, and backlog
• Highlight high-risk changes and potential conflicts

Stakeholder Coordination

• Communicate planned changes to business and technical teams
• Escalate risks or conflicts to leadership when required
• Work closely with Incident, Problem, Release and Service Management teams

Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of ITIL Change Management
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow / Jira / Remedy)
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing CAB governance
