Qualifications

• Experience claimed in Telecom Change Management and NOC operations.
• Hands-on with ITSM tooling, preferably Remedy or similar.
• Strong governance, risk assessment, and audit accountability.

Role Purpose

Responsible for governing end-to-end Change Management processes to ensure all network changes are executed in a controlled, compliant, and risk-free manner, minimizing service impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive adherence to Change Management governance & CAB approvals
• Ensure risk assessment, impact validation, and rollback readiness
• Monitor and improve change success rate & reduce failures
• Ensure audit compliance and complete traceability of changes
• Coordinate with NOC, Planning, and Vendor teams for compliance
• Drive automation and process improvements for compliance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 710 years in Telecom, Mobility Core experience will be preferred
• Strong exposure to Change Management / NOC operations
• Hands-on experience with CRQ tools (Remedy or other similar ITSM tool).
