Blissclub is a fast-growing Indian apparel brand seeking a CEO's office - Strategy & Operations leader in Bengaluru to drive the operating system, OKRs, and strategic initiatives. You will partner with department heads, design efficient processes, and report progress to the CEO and leadership team.

The role requires MBA from a top institute or equivalent, 2+ years in top-tier consulting, and strong analytical, PM, and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and deliver

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent from a Tier-1 institute.
• 2+ years of consulting experience from Tier-1 firms.
• Exceptional project management and organisational abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and derive insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for senior leadership collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and execution of the company AOP and OKRs.
• Collaborate with department heads to define quarterly and annual OKRs.
• Track progress, identify blockers, and plan corrective actions.
• Design and manage Blissclub's operating framework for efficiency.
• Act as CEO's right-hand on strategic projects and initiatives.
• Prepare leadership meeting agendas and ensure follow-up actions.
• Develop dashboards for real-time metrics and transparent reporting.

Responsibilities:

1. Leading the operating system of Blissclub

• Lead the development and execution of the company’s AOP and Goal setting process, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
• Collaborate with department heads to define quarterly and annual OKRs, ensuring they are measurable and aligned with the company's overall objectives
• Track progress against OKRs, identify potential roadblocks, and work with teams to develop action plans to address any issues

2. Operational Excellence

• Design, implement, and manage the Blissclub’s operating framework, ensuring that processes and workflows are optimised for efficiency.
• Monitor the execution of the company’s strategic initiatives and provide regular updates to the CEO and leadership team.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes

3. Strategic Initiatives and Projects

• Act as the CEO’s right-hand person in driving key strategic projects and initiatives across the company.
• Work closely with the CEO to prioritize, plan, and execute special projects that align with the company’s long-term goals
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure project success

4. Leadership and Communication

• Support the CEO in preparing for leadership meetings, including developing agendas, facilitating discussions, and ensuring follow-up on action items
• Serve as a communication bridge between the CEO and other senior leaders, ensuring that critical information is effectively communicated and understood.
• Represent the CEO in meetings, presentations, and other interactions as needed

5. Data Analysis and Reporting

• Analyse data related to OKRs, strategic initiatives, and operational performance, providing insights and recommendations to the CEO and leadership team.
• Develop dashboards and other tools to enable real-time tracking of key metrics.
• Ensure the timely and accurate publication of reports to stakeholders, maintaining a high level of transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration from a Tier-1 institute
• Experience: 2+ years of consulting experience, from tier-1 consulting firms
• Exceptional project management and organisational skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
