Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Centre Manager in Bengaluru to take end-to-end ownership of centre operations, revenue, customer experience, and people management.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive revenue against targets, and manage a team including veterinarians, groomers, and support staff while ensuring top-notch customer service and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Centre/Clinic Operations, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare or similar roles.
• Strong people management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Business and customer-centric mindset.
• Experience managing teams and revenue targets preferred.
