Vetic is a fast-growing pet healthcare company with a network of 65+ centers across India. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead end-to-end clinic operations in Hyderabad, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and exceptional service.

You will drive sales, monitor key business metrics, manage inventory and cash processes, and mentor clinic staff to maintain high standards of care and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operations/clinic/retail management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and operational efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong customer engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities
