Job summary

Wunderbar Kids in Pune seeks an energetic admissions and outreach professional to drive revenue growth and streamline center operations. You will convert inquiries into admissions, plan outdoor marketing, and lead events and roadshows.

You should excel in customer service, counseling, and team leadership, with strong English communication and a graduate degree. Prior experience in education sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-10 years of experience preferable in Education/Counseling/ Sales/Customer Service.
• Admission, Counselling and Team handling Leadership and managerial skills.
• Excellent command over English language verbal and written.
• Any Graduate, and additional related degree would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and bring in operational efficiencies in the Centre.
• Convert Inquiry into admissions Implementing.
• Organize Outdoor Marketing Campaign in their territory.
• Lead Lead Generation activities by way of creating Events, Road Shows and in-center activity.
