Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of assigned preschool and daycare centres
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures; oversee budgeting and resource allocation
• Academics: Implement and monitor curriculum, teaching methodologies, and assessments
• Support teachers in lesson planning, delivery, and student progress tracking
• Drive academic excellence and innovation
• Staff management: Lead, mentor, and develop centre staff
• Conduct performance evaluations, training, and capacity building
• Quality assurance: Conduct regular center visits, audits, and feedback sessions
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
• Parent engagement: Foster strong relationships with parents and stakeholders; address concerns
