• Graduation (any stream) is mandatory.
• Preferred: MBA or Diploma in Sales/Management.
• Prior experience in the skilling/CSR training sector highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the center as an independent profit unit with a focus on revenue optimization, administration, marketing, and educational delivery.
• Liaise with local stakeholders including NGOs, institutes, community leaders, and location owners to build partnerships and ensure visibility.
• Conduct mobilization and counseling sessions across communities, schools, hubs, and residential areas.
• Implement, review, and improve center processes to ensure high standards in education delivery.
• Monitor education delivery for quality, manages slippage and leakage, and ensure student placement and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with HO for functional updates and ensures smooth operations.
• Lead team training, development, and retention efforts; drive team engagement and manage attrition.
• Conduct competition analysis and share market feedback for potential new product introductions.

• Good understanding of training industry and CSR/SkillDevelopment projects

• Ability to manage stress, multitask, and lead diverseteams with enthusiasm
