Job summary

NIIT Foundation in Balasore, Odisha seeks a Center Head to lead an independent center as a profit unit, driving revenue, delivery of education programs, and outreach.

You will liaise with NGOs, institutes, community leaders and location owners to build partnerships, organize mobilization and counseling, and ensure quality education delivery and student satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduation (any stream) is mandatory.
• MBA or Diploma in Sales/Management preferred.
• Prior experience in the skilling/CSR training sector highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the center as an independent profit unit with a focus on revenue optimization, administration, marketing, and educational delivery
• Liaise with local stakeholders including NGOs, institutes, community leaders, and location owners to build partnerships and ensure visibility
• Conduct mobilization and counseling sessions across communities, schools, hubs, and residential areas
• Implement, review, and improve center processes to ensure high standards in education delivery
• Monitor education delivery for quality, manageslipage and leakage, and ensure student placement and satisfaction
• Coordinate with HO for functional updates and ensures smooth operations
• Lead team training, development, and retention efforts; drive team engagement and manage attrition
• Conduct competition analysis and share market feedback for potential new product introductions
