Job summary

NIIT Foundation is seeking a field-based Programs Associate to deliver financial literacy sessions, register participants, and maintain records for grassroots education initiatives. The role requires travel to project locations across district areas and coordination with mobilizers and location leaders.

The ideal candidate holds a graduate degree in social work, commerce, economics, education, or management, 1–2 years of field experience, and strong leadership, communication and MS Office

Qualifications

• Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Commerce/Economics Education, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in grassroots project implementation or team supervision.
• Open to travel and relocate to the project location.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with community mobilization and training processes.
• Fluency in the local language and basic proficiency in English and MS Office.

• Deliver financial literacy session as per the approved curriculum and session plan.
• Register participant on the Pulse data and collect information.
• Maintain and report the attendance & documents.
